Mangaluru: KSRTC organizes Legal camp for drivers to enhance safety on roads

Mangaluru, 09 Aug 2015: KSRTC – Mangaluru division organized legal camp for its drivers here recently.

The district JMFC judge C M Joshi inaugurated the workshop on the occasion.

The district Legal Services Authority member secretary and senior civil judge Ganesh B, city DySP (law and order) Shantaraj, Bar Association president S P Chengappa were the chief guests of the occasion.

KSRTC Mangaluru division controller Vivekanand Hegde presided the programme.

The city ASP (mobile patrol) Uday Nayak, St John Ambulance (India) senior faculty first aid and health B Ramachandra Bhat, public prosecutor and KSRTC panel lawyer R Manoj were the resource persons educated the drivers on health, traffic rules, Indian Motor Act etc.

The deputy chief labor welfare officer R Divakar welcomed the gathering. The divisional traffic controller Chandrashekar proposed vote of thanks.  Assistant legal officer Sahana M compered the programme.
