Udupi: Pamboor parishioners celebrate annual feast with utmost reverence

Udupi, 11 Dec 2014: The annual feast of Holy Cross parish, Pamboor, near here was held with utmost religious fervor from Tuesday December 9 to Wednesday December 10.

 

The festal Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr Royal Nazareth, director of Students Home, Katapady, here along with the clergies of Shirva deanery and other priests.

 

Fr Royal in his homily spoke on the theme ’Reconciliation leads us to build good Relation.’ He highlighted on the need to forgive.

 

Shirva deanery vicar FrStany Tauro appreciated Pamboor parish priest Fr Paul Rego and the parishioners for the festal celebration and also in undertaking jubilee projects.

 

 

Fr Paul Rego thanked the parishioners for their contributions in organizing the annual feast.

 

A large number of faithful attended the festal celebration.

 

The vespers were held at Pamboor parish on Tuesday December 9 evening, headed by Shriva assistant parish priest Fr Sandeep D’Mello.

 

A candle-lit procession accompanied by brass brand was held from Manasa Special School, Pamboor to church.
