Mangalore: Kulshekar parish celebrates Monti Fest

Mangalore, 08 Sep 2014: Holy Cross parish, Kulshekar, here celebrated Monti Fest with utmost fervor on Monday September 8 morning.

 

Kulshekar parish priest Fr Valerian Pinto celebrated the festal Eucharistic Celebrations along with assistant parish priest Fr Vishal Monis and Fr Anil Lobo, a guest priest on the occasion.

 

The parish council vice president Praveen Patrao, secretary Michael D’Souza and other Gurkars/representatives of different wards assisted in the celebrations.

 

 

The little children showered flowers in honor of Infant Mary during the procession from the grotto to the church.

 

The new paddy-sheaves and sugarcane was distributed to the children and parishioners.

 

Fr Pinto conveyed festal greetings to parish community.
