Mangalore: Konkani Programs at Karavali Utsav

Mangalore, 06 February 2011: In the Karavali Utsav cultural programs on Saturday, Konkani drama and musical programs were performed. Konkani Janapada drama “Kundya Kurkula” was jointly organized by Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Academy and Konkani Bhas ani Sanskrithi Prathistana. Popular singer from Bangalore Shankar Shanubagh gave light music concert.

 

 

 

During the program Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Academy President S.H. Shivarudhrappa handed over the certificate and cheque to Konkani Bhas ani Sanskrithi Prathistana President Basthi Vamana Shenoy. On this occasion Academy member B. Pundalika Marathe Shirva, Puttur Panduranga Nayak, Drama Director Jagan Pawar, Prakash Shenoy, Mohan Raj and others were present on the dias.
