Mangaluru: Former minister Rai alleges BJP-led state govt failed in curbing Covid-19

Mangaluru, 11 Jul 2020: The former Karnataka minister Ramanath Rai alleged BJP led state administration by CM B S Yeddyurappa failed in curbing Covid-19 as positive cases spike day by day.

 

 

Addressing the media persons at district Congress office, here on Friday July 10, Rai said Dakshina Kannada district administration and elected peoples representatives failed in curbing the Coronavirus global pandemic.

 

He urged the state administration to set up 1,000 bed Covid Clinic as the positive cases are rising in Dakshina Kannada district.

 

He further added that poor patients who were denied treatment at the state-run district Wenlock Hospital owing to Covid, ought to be treated in separate wards.
