Cops arrest 5 accused in Vicky Bolar murder case

 

Mangaluru, 28 Oct 2015: The city police along with the crime branch have arrested five accused with regard to the murder of Vicky Bolar (28) on October 25 night.

 

Psycho Vicky alias Ravichandra Poojary and four others have been arrested while the police are on the lookout for the other accused.

 

Several revelations have been made after the arrest. It was learnt that Vicky Bolar had planned an attack on Psycho Vicky but was killed instead. However, on October 25 night, Vicky Bolar’s gang and Psycho Vicky’s gang were attending a Mehendi function during which a fight broke out between the gangs. The fight incident was soon conveyed to Vicky Bolar.

 

Vicky, seething with anger decided to finish off Psycho Vicky due to an old enmity. He was on his way to Kumpala on a bike to attack Psycho Vicky along with a friend Abhishek. The duo also carried weapons with them.

 

However, unknown to Vicky Bolar, Psycho Vicky had already left the place. They rivals met on the way and Psycho Vicky’s gang fearing that they would be attacked by the duo began chasing them in a Scorpio. The bikers lost their balance in a bid to escape and fell on the ground. Abhishek managed to escape but Vicky Bolar was attacked and killed.

 

Sources say that the gangs had old enmity amongst themselves and this led to constant clashes.
