Attractive Christmas Cribs at Bantakal, Katapadi

Shirva, 28 December 2011: Among the specialities of the Christmas occasion, the art of constructing the Christmas Crib is amazing. These Cribs can be seen in the courtyards of every Christian houses. Days of hard work and efforts goes behind this creation. Navin Quadros of Arasikatte Bantakal who is quite popularly known as the sculptor of the Christmas Cribs has made an creation in the courtyard of his house which is an feast for the viewers eyes!.

 

 

In the 20 square feet area size crib, hundreds of designs can be seen in a single place. Village, City, Agricultural land, Animals, Birds, Tunnels, River, Cannals, Lakes, Waterfalls, the beautiful models of the Jerusalem city and along with it the scene of the birth place of Christ. The Bethlehem has been shown gloriously, which is all attractive.

 

Leading in the creation of designs of the Cribs in the Pamboor Shanthipura Parish since 15 years, Navin Quadros comes up with new designs each year making some improvisation, which is his speciality. The Crib is available for the visitors to see for another 10 days at his house courtyard located on Bantakal Shakarapura main road.
