Ex Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa in Kollur

Kollur, 27 September 2011: “In the Koppala election result it will be proved that what is my influence in the state. I will get BJP candidate Sanganna Karadi win in Koppala with a margin of 15,000 votes. I have never lost an bi-election while I was the Chief Minister and even now I will not loose”, these are the words said by Former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa in the presence of Kollur Mukambike on Monday.

 

 
 
Speaking on the reaction in his party on his Rathayathre throughout the state, he said that, discussion is going on within the party about it. The only intention of this Rathayathre is to convince the people on the accusations made on me without any evidence and the achievements I have made as a Chief Minister. This is not the program of myself alone, I will form this as the program of the whole party, I will conduct discussion on this with the leaders of the party, he said.
 
Speaking further Yeddyurappa said that, I welcome the Supreme Court order for CBI to investigate the Bellary mining case. Lokayuktha has accused me who stopped the mining in the state. In fact I had given the complete authority and information to Lokayuktha to conduct the investigation on the mining. But they only conducted couple of investigations just here and there. Even while accusing on a common man they issue a notice. But to me who was the Chief Minister, Lokayuktha accused me without giving any notice, accused Yeddyurappa.
 
Yeddyurappa who arrived along with his MP son B.Y. Raghavendra to Kollur in the evening at about 5.00pm, first had the Devi darshana. Later in the night he participated in the Pooja. Along with him BJP Jilla President Udayakumar Shetty and Bindoor MLA K. Laxminarayan were present. In the morning he shall participate in the Chandika Yaga with his family.
