M’lore : The Mangalore Center of ’Forum for Fast Justice’ to be inaugurated on 13t

Mangalore, 12 Jul 2014 : “The Mangalore Center for ‘Forum for Fast Justice’ in the name ‘Society for Fast Justice’ will be inaugurated on 13th of July in the Rohan Corporation Hall” said, PB D’sa, the National Vice president of PUCL.
Addressing the press meet in the press club he spoke about the national level NGO.
He said “This is a national level NGO that works for the delivery of fast justice. The main aim of this forum to fight for the fast justice and make people aware of the fast justice. The organization has filed several PIL’s in Maharashtra high court and several other courts for the settlement of the crores of cases impending in various courts.”
“Today there is no need have new laws but there is a need to reform the police department and the judiciary. If this is implemented the delay in the cases can be prevented.”, he added.
The president of the Dakshina Kannada Chapter of PUCL David D’souza welcomed all to the inauguration at 3:30 on 13th.
He said that there will be a workshop on Judicial Reforms after the inauguration ceremony and Sri Praveen Patel, the national convenor of the Forum for Fast Justice will be the chief guest of the program.
PUCL district committee member Wilson D’silva was also present at the occasion.
