Abu Dhabi: Memorable magical classical concert "Soorya Festival " held at ADIS

Abu Dhabi, 17 Apr 2014: A Memorable musical evening "Surya Festival" held at Shaikh Zayed Auditorium, Abu Dhabi Indian School, on 16th Wednesday April 2014.

 

This time it was a wonderful mix of musical percussions and magical moves. while the percussion’s got our feet tapping, the dance forms mesmerized audience transforming into a world of musical magic.

 

 

Dakshina Vaidyanathan was enticed everyone with Bharathanatyam, Aishwarya Warrier was Mesmarized us with her Shakuntala in Mohiniattam, while Arupa Teams upped with  Pravat to brining the glory of Odissi to the fore. Kuzhaimandam Ramakrishnan was transformed us to a different world of musical fusion with his Solo on Mridangam. Programme Started 8pm and concluded at 10pm 2 hours it was full of Magical journey with family and friends enjoyed enticing evening of music and dance.

 

End of the programme Padmashree Dr.B R Shetty, MD NMC Abu Dhabi presented the memorable gifts for all the artists.  Dr. Shetty also thanked audience for making the programme a grand success.
