Moodubelle: A befitting farewell for Syndicate Bank Manager Sri B G Shanbhogue

Moodubelle, 03 January 2010: A befitting and a touching farewell were extended to Sri B G Shanbhogue on his laying down of office on superannuation. The function held in the Branch premises at 5.00 pm on 31.12.2009, Rev Fr Joswey Fernandes graced the occasion being the chief guest. He recalled the efficient services rendered by Sr. B G Shanbhogue both professional and with a personal touch. He blessed Sri B G Shanbhogue that St Lawrence is always there to take care of him and his family and advised him to continue serving the society at large.
One of our esteemed customers Sri Devadas Hebbar’s speeches was really spell bound. He comprises the role of a Syndicate Bank and in particular the retiring Manager Sri B G Shanbhogue who performed a dynamic role both in canvassing deposits and lending loans to the needs of the local people.
Our Asst.Manager Sri Suresh KP recalled his association with Sri B G Shanbhogue who showed immense humanity and encouraged him. Sri Shankar Patwal the incoming Manager delivered a vote of thanks to the various dignitaries and well wishers who have gathered to bid Farewell to Sri B G Shanbhogue. At the end a Photo session was held with interaction of the various customers.
The occasion concluded with sweet note with high tea. Mr. Mario Mathias was the master of the ceremony.
