M’lore: City Schools bag Team Championship in Battle of Brains - 2013, AICS Inter-School Chess

Mangalore, 6 Jul 2013: The valedictory function of AICS inter-school chess tournament, Battle of Brains – 2013 was held at Mount Carmel Central School, Mary Hill, here on Friday July 5 at 5.00pm.

Raghuram Shetty, regional manager of State Bank of India, was the chief guest presented the team championship prizes to the winners.

Vasant Prabhu, manager of SBI, Yeyyady branch honored the Board Prizes to the winners of under 14 years category.
MCCS joint secretary Sr Ida Barboza AC distributed the Board Prizes to the winners of under 16 years category. 
MCCS staff rendered the prayer song.  MCCS principal Sr Melissa AC welcomed the gathering. Sr Juliana proposed the vote of thanks.  Sylvia Benis compered the programme.
