Mangalore: New office bearers of Rachana elected during the Annual General Meeting

Mangalore, 19 June 2012: The annual General Meeting of Rachana, the Catholic Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held on Sunday, June 17, 20012 at 7 pm at La Oassis, Pio-Mall, Bejai, Mangalore. Following the usual business of the meeting such as prayer and necrology for the departed souls of members, reading and considering the Annual Report of Rachana for Year 2011-12, consideration and passing of the audited statement of accounts ended on 31 March 2012, consideration and approval of the budget for the year 2012-13 and appointing auditor for the year 2012-13, office bearers  of  the Governing Body and eleven committee members were elected to the for the year 2012-13.

 

 

The new office bearers of Rachana for the year 2012-13 are: Roy Castelino-President, Ivan D’Souza-Vice President, John Monteiro-Secretary, C.J. Lobo-Joint Secretary and Rudolf Rodrigues-Treasurer. The election was conducted by Prof. Edmund Frank.
