Moodubelle, 25 October 2011: As the festival of lights Deepavali arrived, it is now time for the Goodudeepa which is a traditional symbol of coastal Karnataka. The goodudeepas which are available in shops makes the house look beautiful and brings the festive flavour to home. When this goodudeepa is lit it provides pictorial brightness and shuns the darkness, exhibiting the Deepawali spirit.
These goodudeepas are available in various colours and designs. Shekar Kundar and Rathna Kundar who own Vinyas Fancy shop near the bus stand in Moodubelle have displayed goodudeepas of unique designs and colours in their shop. Extending their greetings on the occasion of Deepawali, they have arranged maximum quantities of colourful goodudeepas for sale.
