Mrs. Aparna Sharath elected as Billawas Qatar’s first female president

Doha-Qatar: On 26 February 2025, at the Executive and Advisory Board meeting of Billawas Qatar held at I. C. C. Qatar, Mumbai Hall, former President Mr. Raghunath Anchan announced and wished that Mrs. Aparna, who was currently serving as the Vice President, was unanimously elected as the President of Billawas Qatar. Mrs. Aparna is originally from Adyar, Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada district and holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources. She is working as the Human Resources Divisional Manager in Gulfar Al Misnad Company, one of the renowned companies in Qatar.

 

Mr. Jayaram Suvarna was appointed as the Vice President of Billavas Qatar.

The current Executive Committee consists of Mr. Mahesh Kumar as Secretary, Mr. Sandeep Kotian as Joint Secretary, Mr. Ajay Kotian as Treasurer, Seema Umesh Poojary as Sports Secretary, Mrs. Pooja Jitin as Cultural Secretary, Mrs. Shweta Anil as Joint Cultural Secretary, Nitin Sanil as Media Coordinator, Shimati Chanchalakshi as Member Coordinator and Mr. Nitin Kumpala as Logistics Coordinator.
