Lions District Governor MJF Ln. Mohammed Haneef Pays Official Visit to Lions Club, Moodubelle

Udupi/M’Belle, 28 Feb 2025: Lions District 317C Governor MJF Mohammed Haneef paid official visit to Lions Club, Moodubelle on Thursday, 27 February 2025 at 7.00pm. 

 

The programme commenced with the prayer song sung by Leo Saina Menezes, President of the Leo Club, Moodubelle. Following the welcome by  Ln. Ivan Menezes-President of the Lions Club, Moodubelle, Ln. Devadas Hebbar-Secretary presented the report of the various activities of the Lions Club, Moodubelle.

 

On this occasion, financial assistance was given to two patients-one undergoing dialysis and the other for cancer treatment. Two families were provided with rice.

 

In his address MJF Mohammed Haneef appreciated the good work done by the Lion Club, Moodubelle in service activities as well as permanent project as the Lions Seva Bhavan has been expanded and additional facilities have been provided. 

 

The District Governor honoured the cabinet members of the Lions Club, Moodubelle and felicitated the incumbent President Ln. Ivan Menezes, Secretary-Ln. Devadas Hebbar and Treasurer Ln. Rajendrs Shetty.

The Lions Club, Moodubelle honoured the District Governor MJF Ln. Mohmmed Haneef as Ln. Elias Dsouza read the Resolution of Appreciation. 

 

On this occasion Mrs. Avani Patel was inducted as  the new member of the Lions Club, Moodubelle.

 

First District Vice Governor Mrs. Swapna Suresh, Region Chairman-Ln. Melwyn Aranha and Zone Chairperson Ln. Pramila Lasrado, Cabinet Secretary Ln. Girish Rao and Cabinet Treasurer Ln. Srnivas Pai in their messages appreciated the various activities of the Lions Club, Moodubelle.

 

Ln. Devadas Hebbar proposed  the vote of thanks and Ln. Lavina Barboza compered the programme.
