Arts organization Triranga Sangam Mumbai celebrates its third anniversary

Mumbai (RBI), Feb. 09: Triranga Sangama Mumbai, which has been serving as an art organization in the city for three years, celebrated its third anniversary here with a grand celebration with a variety of programs at the Swargiya Madhyaguthu Srimati Lilavati Shyama Shetty Vedike, built at the Smt. Radha Bai T. Bhandari Auditorium of Buntara Bhavan, Kurla East.

 

The anniversary function, chaired by Rabindranath M. Bhandari, Managing Director of Welcome Packaging Industries, was inaugurated by Gunakara Ramadas Prabhu, President of Mangalore ISKCON, by lighting the lamp. Chitra Raviraj Shetty, Working President of Bunts Association Women’s Division, poured water on the Tulasikkatte, and Venugopal L. Shetty, Former President of Thane Bunts Association, inaugurated the function by blooming a Hingara flower and placing it in a pot. Architect Ashok Purohit delivered the blessing.

 

On this occasion, social workers like Thonse Jayakrishna Shetty, L.V. Amin, Ashok Shetty (Thane Bunts), Kishore Shetty Aikala, Uday Shetty Malarabidu, Rajesh B. Shetty (Javab), Jayant M. Shetty Vartaknagar, businessmen like Krishna Y. Shetty, Mahesh S. Shetty (Baba’s), Ashok Shetty Permude (Kalpavruksha), Shankar A. Shetty Kukkundur (Bhandup), Jayant N. Shetty Surat, Sarvottam Shetty Abu Dhabi, Ermal Harish Shetty and other dignitaries were present as guests.

 

Billavara Association Mumbai President Harish G. Avin presided over the Karnur One Memory program and the Karnur Award presentation ceremony. Dr. Praveen Bhatt Sayan delivered the felicitation address. Dharmadarshi Anni C. Shetty, Uma Krishna Shetty, Ratna Prabhakar Shetty, Arunodaya S. Rai, Chandrashekar Palettady, Kudi Sudhakar Shetty were present and senior Yakshagana artist Aruva Koragappa Shetty presented the Karnur - Commemorative Award 2025 in memory of the late Karnur Koragappa Rai and congratulated him.

Aikala Harish Shetty, President of the Global Bunts Association, inaugurated the reception program by lighting the lamp for Sridevi. Bunts Association Mumbai President Praveen Bhoja Shetty, UAE Bunts Dubai Honorary President Sarvottam Shetty, Srirath Finance Head Ratnakar Shetty Mundkur, Journalist Chandrashekhar Palettady, Issar Financial Services Private Limited Executive Chairman Dr. R.K.
