Sharine Shah’s conversation in Qatar: What difficulties and hardships we faced to reach our go

Doha-Qatar: The Indian Cultural Centre in Qatar, in collaboration with the Women’s Union, had organised a dialogue with Shareen Shahna. She, who had a near-fatal accident and lost the use of both her legs for the rest of her life, shared with the audience her adventurous story of joining the Indian Administrative Service, her dream. After higher studies, she cracked the Central Public Service Examinations with her dedication and With perseverance, he passed with a rank of 913.
The evening programme began with a welcome address by ICC. Head of Cultural Activities Mrs. Nandini Abba Goni. Then, ICC Vice President, Karnataka-born Mr. Subrahmanya Hebbagilu addressed the programme and delivered a message. The vote of thanks was presented by ICC Head of External Activities Mrs. Gargi Vaidya. Mrs. Manju In the program she delivered, Shareen outlined the path to fulfilling her academic and professional dreams by overcoming physical limitations in her amazing life journey. Her captivating. The Indian Cultural Centre, in association with the ICC Women’s Forum, hosted an inspiring session with Sherin Shahana, who overcame tremendous challenges to achieve her dream of becoming a civil servant. Despite a life-changing injury that left her wheelchair-bound, Sherin pursued her education and cleared the UPSC exams, securing the 913th rank.
The event began with a welcome address by Nandini Abbagouni, Head of Cultural Activities, a presidential address by Vice President Subramanya Hebbagelu, and a vote of thanks by Gargi Vaidya, Head of External Events. Emceed by Manju, the session featured Sherin sharing her incredible journey of overcoming physical limitations to achieve her academic and career aspirations. The interactive session left the audience deeply motivated to pursue their goals with resilience and determination, regardless of the challenges they face. ICC Managing Committee members, Presidents of the other associated organizations, ICC Women’s forum members and senior community leaders were present on this occasion.
