Milagres College, Kallianpur organizes Grama Sourabha-One day NSS Residential Village Exposure Camp

Udupi:The college NSS unit in association with IQAC organised one day residential village exposure camp at Balkudru village under Irody grama panchayat area near Hangarkatta on 19 October 2024.

 

Mr Srikanth Samanth, Asst. Teacher at Government Higher Primary school, Balkudru said reaching higher in life is what life demands but everyone should grow beyond the sky not forgetting the roots we grew from. Being respectful to the mother land and mother tongue is the highest form of patriotism he stressed. He was speaking to the students after opening the camp open on October 19, 2024.

 

Mr Ashwin K Poojary, the member of Irody grama panchayat was present.

Mr Ganesh Nayak and Mrs Shubhalatha, the NSS officers gave a brief on the purpose and objectives of this camp.

 

The camp involved activities like shramadhan, area cleaning, creating awareness on Tobacco consumption to the villagers.

 

Mr Anil Danthy compered the program and proposed vote of thanks.
