Vishwa Patla Sambrama & Dubai Yakshotsava 2023 Ticket Release in Dubai

Dubai, 27 Apr 2023: Yakshagana Abyasa Kendra UAE & Yakshadruva Patla Foundation UAE Unit have joined together to present ‘Vishwa Patla Sambrama & Dubai Yakshotsava 2023’ in Dubai on 11th of June, 2023 at Sh. Rashid Auditorium, The Indian High School, Dubai presenting ‘Dashavatara’ Yakshagana Ballet.

 

On this pretext the ticket & invitation release program was held recently at Fortune Plaza Hotel Banquet Hall in the presence of many Community leaders. The said program was headed by the President of the Dubai Unit, Sarvotham Shetty who said that the proposed program will have Sadashiva Shetty Kanyana the Honorary President of Main Trustee Patla Foundation along with Harish Shetty Aikala who is the Chief Convener of the Trust. Also with them there will be dignitaries of all 40 Units of Patla Foundation Units elsewhere.

 

The ticket release program started with prayer recited by Vaishnavi Manohar Shettigar & Prapti Jayanand Pakkala, while Dinesh Shetty Kottinja welcoming the audience briefed on the proposed program and its essentials.

 

 

Further in the said program the organisers revealed the name of those artistes who will take part in the ‘Dashavatara Yakshagana Ballet’.

 

The Guest Artistes includes Satish Shetty, the founder of Yakshdruva Patla Unit who will be the Chief of the band along with Gana Visharadha Ravindra Kannadikatte, Well-known classical Chende-Maddla exponents Padmanabha Upadyaya & Chaitanyakrishna Padyana, Exponent Designers of Colourful Costumes Gangadhar Shetty Kinnigoli, Nithin Kampala & Manoj Shettigar Haleangadi who will actively take part in the event.

 

In the concluding, Guru of UAE Yakshagana Abyasa Kendra, Shekar Shettigar who is also the Director of ‘Dashavatara’ briefed on the important aspects related to the proposed Yaskshagana Ballet and detailed those stories considered to be part of the show.

 

Present during the ticket release program were Sarvotham Shetty, Harish Sherigar, Harish Bangera, Puttige Vasudev Bhat, Nagaraj Rao, B.K. Ganesh Rai, Sudhakar Rao Pejavar, Varadaraj Shettigar, Balakrishna Salian, Manohar Thonse, Sunder Shetty, Sashidhar Nagarajappa, Atmanand Rai, Prabhakar Suvarna Karnire, Ramanand Shetty and various members who witnessed the event and wished all the best to the forthcoming program.

 

Members of Yakshagana Abyasa Kendra, Rajesh Kuthar presented the event while Girish Narayan proposed the vote of thanks.
