Udupi: Leos of District 317 C Celebrate International Leos Day

Udupi, 05 Dec 2021: On the occasion of International Leos Day, the Leos of district 317C organized a fun-filled program for the Leos on Saturday, 4 December 2021.

 

The program *Ottare Gammath* under the theme Belaku (Light) began in a great fashion. The formal stage program was presided over by the Governor Of District 317C, Ln. Vishwanath Shetty mjf. The other Lions Dignitaries included PDG Ln. Jayakar Shetty Indrali, PDG Ln. Suresh Prabhu,Ln. Nery Cornelio 2nd VDG District 317, Leo Kavan Kubevoor LDP 317D. Ln Sapna Suresh-Secretary Lions District 317C, Ln Jayaprakash Bhandary-Ln Cabinet Treasurer,Ln Mohammed Maula & Ln Joseph Santhumayer (Leo Coordinators),Leo Joy Fernandes-District Leo President 317C, Leo Sudeshna Prabhu, Leo Aidan Menezes and Leo Dhriti Hegde.

 

Leo cabinet members began the program with a prayer song. Leo Sudeshna welcomed the gathering, while Leo Joy Fernandes gave a floral welcome to all the dignitaries.

 

 

The chief guest inaugurated the program by lighting  the lamp.

 

In is speech Ln. Vishwanath Shetty encouraged Leos to conduct more such programs. Key note speakers in their address motivated Leos through their wise words.

 

There were many variety entertainment programs performed by Leo Dhanya, Leo Sudeshna, Leo Aidan, Leo Joy and Leo Loy. Many spot games were conducted for the gathered audience. Ln. Prem Kumar through his performance entertained the crowd.

 

The certificates for Best Leo Club of the month were given away.

 

The program was co hosted by Leo Club Moodubelle, Leo Club Indrali, Leo Club Udupi South and Leo Club Parkala.

 

The stage program was compered entirely by Leo Joy Fernandes while the spot games were conducted by Leo Aidan Menezes. Leo Sudeshna Prabhu was the program coordinator.
