Mangaluru: Lions Club Mangalore Centurion launches Mega health check-up camp at Bondel School

Mangaluru, 26 Oct 2021: Lions Club Mangalore Centurion organized free health check-up camp for the entire students of St Lawrence Unaided English Medium School, Bondel, here from Tuesday, October 26 to Thursday, October 28. It was being organized in collaboration with Father Muller Medical College Hospital, Kankanady, here.
St Lawrence Unaided English Medium School correspondent and Bondel parish priest Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza inaugurated the camp, here on Tuesday, October 26 morning.
Speaking on the occasion, Fr Andrew said that it’s owing to Covid-19 pandemic, the schools have reopened after a gap of many months. It’s an opportune time to undergo health check-up to restore total wellbeing of students.
St Lawrence Unaided English Medium School principal Fr Peter Gonsalves, Father Muller Medical College Hospital Dr Adelia, Dr Shreya, Dr Danson and Dr Chandrashekar, Lions Club Mangalore Centurion Lions extension chairperson Lawrence Lobo were present on the dais.
Lions Club Mangalore Centurion president Robert D Costa welcomed the gathering.
As the students are attending classes in batches on every alternative days, the health check-up camp will be held till Thursday, October 28 to cover the entire students.
