LCIF Conclave-2021 inspires Lions Clubs office bearers to work on major social welfare projects

Bantwal, 27 Sep 2021: Lions Clubs International District 317 D organized Lions Clubs International Foundation; LCIF Conclave – 2021 at Lions Seva Sadan, B C Road, here on Sunday, September 26.

 

Vasant Kumar Shetty, governor of Lions Clubs International District 317 D inaugurated the Conclave along with Lions Club Bantwal president Dr Vasant Baliga, LCIF coordinator Sudhakar Acharya and other dignitaries.

 

Lions Club Bantwal is celebrating its golden jubilee this year.

 

 

First vice district governor Sanjieth Shetty PMJF, second vice district governor Dr Melwyn D’Souza MJF, district cabinet secretary Shashidhar Marla MJF, district cabinet treasurer Srinivas Poojary Melkar MJF, district cabinet coordinator Damodar B M MJF and others were present at the dais.

 

In his keynote address, multiple LCIF coordinator S Ramachandra through PowerPoint presentation explained in length how the members can contribute their mite towards LCIF and avail Matching Grant for new social welfare projects.

 

It was an educative programme as it gave in depth functioning of LCIF and various grants under different heads. It was also successful in creating awareness amongst the members in convincing them to enrol as MJFs.
