Consumption of duplicate liquor is deadly , why? What people get from the arak shops then it is healthy or government get benifitted? Kindly take a trip to North Eastern states of India..you will come to know the beautiful, health drinks made in the houses........people enjoy good times with it.....only problem government does not make money out of it.
