Doha: Bellevision Qatar Celebrates Easter 2011

Doha, 29 April 2011: Members of Bellevision Qatar and their families celebrated Easter get together on Friday 29th April 2011 noon, at the residence of Mr. Lawrence & Mrs. Therese Dalmeida, the host of the day. The joy of the assemblage increased to three fold as the Belleans who are geographically located at various places of Qatar gathered together on this day to share and enhance the Spirit of Easter.

 

President of Bellevision Qatar Therese Dalmeida led the grace and thanked the Lord for the abundant blessings He showered upon all the members and their families in Doha and also back home. She thanked everyone for joining the celebration and called upon everyone to share the joy of the risen lord.

 

Soft drinks and snacks were served as the celebration began. Joy of being in the company of each other was apparent and the feeling of having a home away from home was surely visible on the faces of everyone. John D’Souza, Jerald D’Souza, Joseph D’Souza, Edward Castelino and Ovine Quadros cracked some jokes which was enjoyed by all. Everyone had a wonderful time filled with the joy and fun.

 

 

 

 

It was then time for the Easter lunch and everyone relished the taste of the authentic Maglorean traditional home made food which was prepared and arranged by Therese Dalmeida, Mable Martis, John D’Souza, Edward Castelino, Anil Mathias, Avith Lobo and Victor D’Souza.

 

The wonderful gathering thoroughly enjoyed the get together. At the same time the royal wedding of Prince William and Commoner Kate Middleton was taking place  at the majestic Westminster Abbey, which we all watched live in TV together.
