The basic question we all need to ask - why Moodubelle schools do not get enough students while other schools nearby are full to the capacity. Why parents from Moodubelle send their children to outside schools when we have Kannada as well as English medium schools in Moodubelle. I am sure understanding the reason for such situation is not a rocket science. A ordinary person can know why our students go outside. Can the Management wake up before it is too late.

I am an old student, had donated sizable sum while the PU block was added in 1982, and have of late contributed to a select schemes. During my recent visits, I have observed physical infrastructure including class-rooms, staff rooms, labs, mid-day meal kitchen, subsidized canteen and toilets are reasonable and are adequate to provide a competitive learning environment. This toilet block only compliments existing facilities, and may have been added due to the recently popular political hype that building more toilets means a Swachch Bharat. The strain of reactions points to the widely held belief that if old students throw some money at upgrading the facilities (paint, repair roof, install tiled floorings in classrooms and pave the pathways and court-yards with interlock bricks). This belief needs to be tested, to find out if the physical appearance has caused the drop in school enrolment. My own view based on my experiences abroad is different. The Karnataka state government is flush with tax money, 15% is spent o basic education each year: 17K crore! The Church must re-evaluate its social goals, the time has come to move out of basic education.

It means so far there was no Toilets??????. If I am not wrong, when the celebration of Silver Jubilee of PUC Golden Jubilee of High School, there was Appeal for donation. Both time Appeal one requirement was that construction of Toilets!!!!. Whether till now toilets were not constructed or constructed toilets were fell down???? or money was not collected as expected????. Anyone can clarify this?. Correct me if I am wrong. This is just for information, nothing any prejudice.

As Rosario said, old students need to come to the rescue of school before it gets too late. We do not need people with political affiliations. Do we really have a functioning old students association. Why we do not have old students day every year and why there is no any effort to unite old students

After completing my High school I did my PUC and degree in Shirva St.Marys College. This school recently hosted old students day and there was wonderful program and several projects initiated by old students. There is big unity and they are doing wonders in Shirva. But the story of Moodubelle is not understandable. I heard we have an old students association. I never seen or heard any meetings of this association and no any development activities. They do not fail to attend school programs and sit on the stage. Why we need such sleeping office bearers. Why cant we all old students unite and make strong old students association which works for the development of schools and not the slave of Moodubelles dirty politics.

School is not getting enough students, not able to sustain its expenses and there need to be big improvements required in infrastructure and sports facilities. Every parent want to send their children to better schools. Our old students need to support the school wholeheartdly and old student association need to wake up from its deep sleep.
