KWAK to organize fun-filled evening for charity on Feb 13

Kuwait, 21 Jan 2015: Kanajar Welfare Association Kuwait (KWAK] will be organizing a Fun Filled evening at American Internal School (AIS) Auditorium, Maidan Hawalli, here to celebrate their fifteenth anniversary on Friday February 13 at 4.30pm.
The special attraction will be singing by Golden Voice of Konkani fame Rony D’Cunha alongside his wife Jasmine D’Cunha, Gulf Voice of Mangalore 2014 winner Morvine Quadros and budding child singer Sarah Lobo.
KWAK kids, Desi Strikers - popularly known for their theme dances, Dancing Angels - a group of talented dancers will mesmerize the audiences with their dance performers.
A Konkani comedy drama, Maka Nangi, by playwright Pradeep Barboza, Paladka and directed by Edward D’Souza, Kanajar will be staged by KWAK artistes along with other local artistes.
This programme is being organized not only to celebrate the fifteen glorious years of KWAK, but also to help 2 needy organizations- Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre at Mangaluru and a fixed amount to be donated as charity to Manasa Rehabilitation Centre, Pamboor, Udupi.
KWAK has organized a variety of events, including Kids Champ, sporting tournaments, family picnics, Monti Fest celebration during the past 15 years.
