The mortal remains will be placed at St Vincent Ferrer Church, Valencia at 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday march 2nd 2011 followed by mass at 4.00 p.m.

| It is sad to hear about the demise of Rev. Fr. Fred.V. Periera. His death is a great loss to the diocese of Mangalore. He prepared himself well to receive the glorious crown of heaven by his total dedication to the service of God and to His people. Like Saint John Mary Vianney, at the end of his life, he could say with absolute tranquility: “I no longer have anything. The good Lord can call me whenever he wantsâ€Â.
