Lions Club belle donates sports uniform to St. Lawrence EM School Volleyball Team

Moodubelle, 20 Sep 2016: The Lions Club, Moodubelle donated sports uniform to the players of St. Lawrence English Medium High School, Moodubelle recently.

 

 

Rev. Fr. Clement Mascarenhas-Correspondent of St. Lawrence Educational Institutions, President of the Lions Club Moodubelle, Ln. Elias D’Souza, Secretary-Ln Devdas Hebbar, majf, Treasurer-Ln. Henry Fernandes, Ln. Elias Lobo, mjf-Zone Secretary and Bharat Shetty-Physical Education Teacher were present.

 

It is heartening to know that the Volleyball team of St. Lawrence  English medium Higher Primary School have bagged the first place in the Udupi District level Volleyball Tournament that was held on 13 September 2016 at St. Joseph’s School premises in Belman. The team performed very well under the guidance of Physical Education Teacher, Bharat Shetty and Captain Shanvin Mendonca.

 

 

Rev. Fr. Clement Mascarenhas and Headmistress Mrs. Veera Fernandes have complemented the team for their excellent performance being the champions of Udupi District and will be participating at the Division Level Volleyball Tournament.
