Udupi – Chickmagalur by election: 14 Candidates remain, 7 withdraw nomination

Udupi, 05 March 2012: In the Udupi – Chickmagalur by election which will be held on 18th March, total 24 candidates had submitted nominations. Out of this 3 nominations were rejected. Since 7 more candidates withdrawn their nominations on Saturday 3rd March, which was the last date for withdrawal of the nominations, now total 14 candidates are remaining in the contest. Some candidates have submitted nominations for the sake of money. But in this by election, since no party has asked to withdraw or offered any money, 14 candidates are remaining for the contest.
 
The details of the candidates who are finally remaining in the contest of Udupi – Chickmagalur by election, are as follows.
