Effective mathematics teaching workshop for teachers

Belman, 29 August 2011: Effective mathematics teaching workshop for Primary school teachers of Nandalike cluster was inaugurated by St. Joseph’s School Headmistress Sr. Monica by lighting the lamp. The workshop was jointly organized by Public Education Department, Zone Education Office, Zone Resource Centre Karkala and Nandalike cluster at the premises of St. Joseph’s School Belman.
Cluster Director Karunakara Poojary in his introductory note briefed on the Education Department and also welcomed the guests and the gathering. Resource person Nitte Pre University College Mathematics Teacher Sanjeeva Prabhu participated and explained simple methods to solve the complicated problems in mathematics, fractions and the simple teaching methods.
Organizing of the national festivals, assemblies and functions in schools meaningfully in a systematic way, following the protocol, compeering of the program and reporting were all briefed by St. Joseph’s School Teacher B. Pundalika Marathe. Punarukere School Teacher Devdas Patkar conducted meditation program. CRP Karunakara Poojary proposed vote of thanks.
