Hilda D’Souza: An enterprising Mangalorean lady with a goal to succeed

Abu Dhabi, 08 Mar 2014: Hilda Dsouza down to earth lady and enterprising working as a Finance Manager for one of the leading cleaning companies in U.A.E. WEST COAST CO. L.L.C. dealing with Cleaning and Environmental Services and having employed more than 7500 employees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

 

 

Hilda was born in Pidamale, Niddodi, Mangalore and did her Education in Mahaveera College Moodabidriand did her MBA in Finance.  She arrived in U.A.E. in 1992 and worked for another leading Cleaning firm CLEANCO for 11 years in the capacity of Accountant and Chief Accountant and Asst. Finance Manager from 1992 to 2003.

 

She also heavily involved in loads of community services and member of various social, cultural and sports associations.  She is a member of premier Indian association in Abu Dhabi called India Social and Cultural Centre Abu Dhabi having actively participating in every sports and cultural events.  She has participated and played Throwball for leading sports teams such as Abu Dhabi Karnataka Sangha and India Social and Cultural Centre and participated in U.A.E level tournaments organized by all leading organizations of U.A.E and won the prizes several times.

 

She is also very generous and sponsored many social and cultural events held here in U.A.E by leading associations of Mangalore origin namely; Konkani Cultural Organization and Pearls of Mangalore and many other organizations for their charitable deeds one of them is Seon Ashram, Belthangady. (She has sponsored a female child inSeon Ashram since 7 years for her entire educational and all other expenses,) and member of Udenthichi Neketra Assocation of UAE and NiddodchimFulam of U.A.E.

 

 

 

 

Her family members are:  Henry Charles D’Souza (based in Chikmagalore currently) and looking after the coffee estate.  Children; Hallison D’Souza – Elder son (One of the Directors of Trionix IT Solutions (Mangalore) and also working in the capacity of Managing Director), Hadley D’Souza – Second Son (10thStd – ADIS), Hisha D’Souza - Daughter (6th Std ADIS).

 

Hilda and family also having business in Mangalore in the form of real estate in Moodabidri known as Diamond Hill Apartments and Coffee Plantation in Sakleshpur, Chikmagalore.

 

Here future goals and plans are to start an IT Company in UAE, supporting children for business and for theirstudies, to do more charitable works helping the poor for their educational needs etc.
