M’lore: Daijiworld Residency, Ultra-Luxurious Apts Complex inaugurated at Bondel

 Mangalore, 26 Feb 2014: The landmark building ’Daijiworld Residency’ ultra-luxurious apartment complex, comprising 72 apartments in 3 blocks constructed by the city’s premier builder Property Infra Tech Private Limited (Rohan Corporation) was inaugurated at Bondel here on Wednesday February 26 morning.

 
The apartments complex is located opposite of St Lawrence Church, also houses the corporate office of Daijiworld Media Private Limited, which will be inaugurated in May 2014.

 
SCDCC Bank chairman Rajendra Kumar, in his inaugural address lauded Rohan Monteiro, managing director of Rohan Corporation for his simplicity and for completing 20 glorious years in the field of real estate business. ‘With his simple nature, hard work and dedication, Rohan Monteiro has climbed the ladder of success,’ said Rajendra Kumar.

 
Fr Andrew D’Souza, parish priest of St Lawrence Church, Bondel blessed the new premises along with other clergies.

 
The land owner Pushparaj S Shetty, Daijiworld Media Private Limited managing director Walter Nandalike, together inaugurated 3 blocks.

Architect Nithin Shetty, structural engineer Anil Hegde and contractor Suresh Kumar were felicitated on the same occasion.

 
Rudolph D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks. Sahil Zaheer of Platform Productions, compered the programme.

 
Pushparaj Jain, president of CREDAI, Mangalore, city lawyer Ivan D’Souza, local corporator Harinath, former mayor Sasidhar Hegde, Karnataka Kannada Sahitya Academy former president Harikrishna Punaroor and others were present.
