S.D.M College of Ayurveda, Udupi celebrates the college day

Udupi, 14 Dec 2023: S.D.M College of Ayurveda celebrated the college day on 13th December 2023. The chief guest of function was Sri. Gurukiran, Music Director, Kannada Film Industry, who spoke about importance of Ayurveda knowledge and shared his experience about getting treated through Ayurveda. Presidential address was given by Dr. Mamatha. K.V, Principal, about the inspiration all have to draw from the life of Sri. Gurukiran and follow your passion in life for the success.

 

 

Dr. Nagaraj S, Medical superintendent, Dr. Suchetha Kumari, Dean, Extra-Curricular Committee, Dr. Shrilatha Kamath, Dean Academics, Dr. Ashok Kumar B.N, Dean PG & PhD Studies were present on the dias. The program started with invocation by IV BAMS students followed by welcome address by Arun Kankatte, reading the message by Dr. Aishwarya Anchan, P.G Representative and college union report presentation by Dr. Veerakumara K. Dean Administration for the year 2023-24. This was followed by prize distribution for academics, sports, cultural events and overall championship Dr. Rajneesh V. Giri presented the list of proficiency prize winners, Dr. S.R. Moharer, Professor and Dr. Sushma, Asst. Prof. read the list of winners names in sports and cultural competition. The program concluded by the vote of thanks by Ms. Meghana G.K, President, Student Council. Shravya and Shwetha compered the program.
