Udupi: YSM Camp Held at Shankerpura

Udupi/Shankerpura, 09 April 2014:  Young Students Movement Shankerpura organized Child awareness (Protection)  Camp at St. John’s High School Shankerpura on 5th April 2014.

The Camp began with a prayer invoking blessings of Almighty and then was Inaugurated by Mrs Clara W. Mendonca, Head Mistress  of St John’s High School, Shankerpura by lighting the lamp in presence of Rev. fr. Leslie C. D’Souza, Correspondent, St. John’s Education Institutions, Shankerpura.

 

Fr. Leslie gave the Presidential Address and stressed upon importance of Parents guidance and bring awareness among the children of the environment and related issues.

More than 100 students Participated in the whole day Camp.  The camp  was Sponsored by St. Ambrose & St. Augustine Spiritual Fund,  St  John the Evangelist Church, Pangla, Shankerpura.
