Kundapur: Golden Suresh arrested under Goonda Act; Sent to Central Prison in Bangalore

Kundapur, Apr 4: The notorious goon Golden Suresh yane Suresh Poojary, a resident of Kota, near here who has cases registered in 4 police stations of Udupi district was arrested under Goonda Act and sent to central prison in Bangalore, informed the sources of Deputy Commissioner’s office. 


Udupi district Deputy Commissioner issued orders to arrest Suresh after registering a case under Goonda Act.  Accordingly, the police arrested Suresh on Wednesday April 2 and sent to central prison in Bangalore, police sources informed.
 
Golden Suresh was accused of assault, looting, threats, attempted murder, selling narcotics and several cases are registered in the police stations of Kota, Kundapur, Manipal and Udupi town.
