Mangalore: City Sleuths nab 3 Accused in Mysterious Death of Scrap Dealer Abdul Rashid

Mangalore, 27 Jun 2013: The city sleuths headed by Panamboor sub-inspector Bharati who is probing the mysterious death of a scrap dealer – forty-three-year-old Abdul Rashid, son of the late Abubakker, resided nearby Mohiudeen masjid, Kudroli, here arrested the key accused – thirty-four-year-old Naseema, wife of Abdul Rashid along with her 2 accomplices here on Thursday June 27.
The arrested has been identified as thirty-two-year-old Imran, a native of Udupi and thirty-six-year-old Salim, a native of Manjeshwar in Kasargod district of Kerala.
The dead body of Abdul Rashid was found on Tannirbavi beach at the limits of Panamboor, here on Friday June 21. The police registered a case under GRP section 174 and awaited for the forensic report. Meanwhile, the forensic report confirmed it was a murder.
The intensified investigations by Panamboor police led to the arrest of Naseema and her accomplices Imran and Salim.
Naseema was believed to be having an affair that created marital discord with fights among them almost daily.
Panamboor police informed that Naseema was presented before the court along with her accomplices Imran and Salim.
