Udupi: Women’s Day Celebrated at Sri Krishna Mutt

Udupi, 21 Mar 2014: At the joint auspices of Udupi ZP, women and child welfare department, Sri Krishna mutt, district Federation of Mahila Mandal, Lifeline Telecom and Education Services, World Women’s Day was celebrated at Rajangan of Sri Krishna mutt here on Friday March 21.

 

 

 
ZP chief executive officer Kanagavalli inaugurated the programme here on Friday morning.
 
Divyarani Pradeep was the guest speaker at the occasion.
 
The women and child development department designated deputy director Rajendra Bekal delivered the vote of thanks.
 
Vasanti welcomed the gathering.  Sadanand Nayak proposed vote of thanks.
 
The members of Mahila Mandal presented variety cultural shows.
 
The women achievers of different spheres were felicitated on the same occasion.
 
Sarala Kanchan, Sheela Shetty, Sadhana Kini, Suprabha Acharya and others were present.
