Yes I agree Canute should chose his singers well. A professional singer will make sure the lyrics as well as the diction is perfect!. My 11 year old nephew sings Kathrina with proper lyrics! Henry must have been most hurt to see his song being messed up! All the best Canute for your new ventures. Thanks to Bellevision for the coverage. Appreciated.

First of all how can he call it a Canutes spectacular show? There were not even two songs of his own, the show was from various artists, his role was only of a event organizers who brings people together, His MC was big flop, need to work out a lot if he wants to continue doing it. He has done a show in his name with song from other artist. Some senior singers were really good but the mc was to slow and took the flow out of the show, and as rightly said by some Monica was not fire on stage but joke on stage, I don t know how do these even belong to the league of singers. Eric Joyce, Perris, Henryab, Rony, Maxim, Wilson were good but mismanagement and MC has put shadow on even thier performance. You can call it a konkani music show but not Canute s show, Canute s contribution to the show was only in financial terms and not performance or content wise. Great legends should think twice before agreeing to perform for such events.

WHY WAS WILSON OLIVERA NOT HONORED WHEN REST OF THE COMPOSERS WERE HONORED?

Can we see by the positive side of it, just have a glance at the stage picture.its incredible..very professionally set. As for the show itself I have no right to comment having not witnessed it, however please refrain coming in the way of somebody s passion. Each of them out there were there for a reason. In case a few moments of the show were not upto the mark according to you, leave it..whats the big deal. As for the artists its upto each of them to realize if they are really doing justice to represent the event or precisely the stage itself as I believe for an artist the stage is and should be sacred. I might have sounded a bit too much however this is what I believe.

Mr.Naveen D Souza, It was a musical nite...to show your singing talent and not to show your entertainment skills. Please get your facts clear ! Entertainment should accompany a good voice too...

Mr.Naveen D Souza Mangalore...sorry to say this, but looks like your ability to judge a beautiful voice is truly limited. Monica Walder was a total disaster on stage...be it her first song or Kathrina. They made a complete disaster of the lyrics of such a wonderful and historic song. Mr. Arthur is right while saying how such people get featured on the singing list !!! Canute, you need to choose your singers well !

Show was good with a few good songs. Monica Walder proved her entertainment skills with her Kathrina live, a complete package of entertainment. Such talents are the Jewels of any live shows. Canute Hats-off. Have more such shows in future

This was not mega event just a Rony D'Cunha nite!! he sang so many songs and all other singers sang only one or two songs. This was really bad arrangement. We had come to see the legends singing but Rony D'Cunha made his own show with singing as many as 8 songs!! |
