Mangalore: Talented Konkani Singers Present Mega Patrao Nite to Packed Audiences in City

Mangalore, 22 Apr 2013: Patrao Brothers, talented Konkani singers staged mega Patrao Nite of their super hit songs to the packed audiences at Lourdes Central School grounds, Bejai, here on Sunday April 21 evening.  It was staged to raise funds for social service activities of The United Friends Bejai ®.

 

The renowned musician Rony D’Cunha Kuwait and his group comprised Rony Crasta, Robin Sequeira, Mohammed Iqbal, Zeena Pereira, Caro Monteiro, Denora Fernandes, Baby Dashel Concesso, Baby Anu D’Silva enthralled the music-buffs with their melodious music directed by Roshan D’Souza Angelore.

 

 

 

Comedian Nellu Permannur and group entertained the audience with their choicest of jokes and mimicry.

 

Silver Steppers – dance group staged mesmerized the audience with fast track dances.

 

The ace comperer Melita Sequeira compered the programme.

 

Former MCC commissioner J R Lobo who attended the event addressed the gathering briefly and said, "I am happy to know that the concert is being held for a noble cause. This kind of gesture by the organizers is required to take our society to greater heights."
