The camp will be conducted daily up to Sunday, 25th July 2010 from 4.30 to 7.30 pm.

The formal inauguration of the yoga camp was conducted by  Swami Neerav Sanket Dharmasthala by lighting the lamp. Fr. He pointed out that in the PU College and High School he has introduced yoga classes for the benefit of the students and teachers.

In his key note address, Swami Neerav Sanket explained the meaning of Jeevandahra and Dhyanayoga and how he got interested in yoga and meditation. He narrated the efforts that he had taken in order to understand and practice this ancient system of maintaining a balance between mind and body. He further said that many of the ailments can be controlled and cured by practicing yoga, control of breathing, diet control and meditation.

I have seen many people who practiced yoga and availed health benefits. This will be a very good opportunity in Moodubelle to those who can spare the evening time and attend this camp. Great initiative by Lions Club.
