Udupi: Yeddy supporters turn to Kollur Devi for favours

Udupi, 21 October 2011: Whenever our politicians get into difficulties they remember God – Goddess. Supporters of Yeddyurappa conducted Chandika Yaga in Kollur on Friday asking favours for his release form the Jail. Ganeshprasad Shetty and along with him tens of BJP party workers under the leadership of MLA K. Laxminarayana, conducted this Yaga in Kollur.
 
Speaking with the media on this occasion Ganeshprasad said that, Yeddyurappa has lots of faith in Kollur Mukambike. Devi knows all the truths of the background for which Yeddyurappa is in jail. So Devi will favour and provide the grant for his coming out of jail and with this faith we have conducted this Yaga, he said.

 

 

 
MLA Laxminarayana said that, because of the conspiracy by the opposition parties Yeddyurappa had to go to jail. He being in the jail during the Dipawali auspicious occasion is disgusting for us. He should be released, so that along with the family and party workers he can celebrate the Dipawali feast and we have prayed for this with Mukambika Devi, he said.
 
Whether the Devi heard their prayers, whether the Homa’s are accepted, whether Yeddyurappa will be released, we have to wait and see.
