Ganiga Samaj Mumbai Annual General Meeting: Election of officers to the new board of directors

Mumbai, Jan 15: Ganiga Samaja Mumbai (R) held its annual general meeting at Sri Vishwesha Theertha Sabhagriha, Madhva Bhavan (Pejawar Matha) in Santa Cruz East on Sunday. The election of office bearers for the new board of directors for the current 2025-2027 was held at the annual general meeting held under the chairmanship of Ganiga Samaj Mumbai president Baikadi Vasudeva Rao (BV Rao). Vijayendra Ganiga was elected as the new president, Dinesh Ganiga as the secretary and Sadanand Kalyanapur was re-elected as the treasurer.

 

Gopalakrishna Ganiga (4G) and Madhava Ganiga (Panvel) were elected as vice presidents, Veena Ganiga as Women’s Division Executive President, Ramesh Ganiga as Vidyodaya Samiti Executive President and Ganesh Ganiga as Youth Division Executive President.

Vinayak Bhatkal, Gangadhar N. Ganiga, Dinesh N. Rao, Nagaraj M. Ganiga, Narendra Rao, Aarti Ganiga, Manjula V. Ganiga, Veena D. Ganiga, Rachana V. Bhatkal were elected as other executive committee members.

 

Especially some senior members of the society Kutpadi Ramachandra Ganiga, Jagannath M. Ganiga, B.V. Rao, U. Balachandra Katpadi, Ratnakar A. Shetty, Chandrashekhar R. Ganiga, Balakrishna Tonse, Tara Bhatkal and Mamata D. Rao were appointed as advisory committee members.
