Mumbai: Kannadigas of Charkop Kandivli conduct Annual Sharada Pooja

Mumbai Charkop Kannadigas in Kandivili and surrounding area conducted the annual Sharada Puja as part of Navratri in Charkop Kannada Bhavan Vijaya Cooperative Housing Society, Charkop, Sector 2, Kandivali West with various religious devotions from 9:00 AM to 12 Noon on 06th October 2024.
At 9:00 a.m. Sankalpa Puja was performed for the installation of Sharada Mata, followed by Sharada Puja with Vedic religious rituals under the priesthood of Santhosh Bhatt. Mahamangalarati was performed after mass prayer of Ayigiri Nandini sloka by women. A bhajan program was performed by the members of the women’s bhajan board of the group. After that the distribution of Tirtha Prasad was completed.
On this occasion, the Honorary President of the local Ex-Member of Parliament, Gopal C Shetty, who was present at the event, wished that Sarada Puja was celebrated successfully with the cooperation of all the members, realized our culture, heritage, celebrated the festival with devotion and attained spiritual elevation, and wished that everyone would get the grace, bravery and courage of Sarada Mata.
Later, various cultural dance programs were performed by the team members and children as part of the cultural programme. Tanuja Bhatt presented the program and thanked her.
Ravindra M Shetty, president of the group, and the couple participated in the religious puja kainkarya. In the program, Gov. Q.
