Udupi, 12 Sept: Leadership is not a privilege but duty said Mr Ronald Olivera, Founder & CEO, Zillion Pathways , Dubai He was speaking from the position of the investiture officer. Being a leader be like a responsible citizen and an enlightened human being he stressed. Focusing on the goals without getting confused is the need of the hour he continued.
Accepting the felicitation given by the college as he is the promising alumni from 1991 batch and the guest of honour of the program Mr A Dinesh Kini, Correspondent, Shantiniketan English Medium school, Alevoor said the college has played a major role in shaping his life. He also propagated the same mission of the college carried out to formulate and mould enormous lives for the past 57 years.
Dr Vincent Alva, Principal, introduced the office bearers of the council and administered the oath. He also appreciated the initiative of students in their welfare through different arenas of the college affairs like academic, cultural, discipline, sports and many more.
Very Rev Msgr Ferdinand Gonsalves, Correspondent, Milagres Institutions congratulated the college for keeping the vibrant environment alive in the college both for students and teachers. Along with academic and co-curricular activities being kind and being human is what is expected from each one he advised.

Prof. Sophia Dias, Vice Principal, Mrs Shalet Mathias, HOD of the commerce department and IQAC coordinator, Mrs Sushma Shetty & Dr Harinakshi M.D Directors of the students welfare council, Mr Ganesh Mestha, president of PTA, Dr Jayaram Shettigar Dean of Humanities department, Dr Surekha Bhat and faculty members were present.
