Mumbai(RBI), Sep 06: Bharat Bank is going strong with the change of modernity. Acting as an efficient channel for customer trust. The kinship of bank customers and bank board, staff is further strengthened with the service of bank transparency. Bharat Bank Executive Chairman Suryakant Jaya Suvarna said that the bank is moving towards success.
The 48th Annual General Meeting of Bharat Bank was held at the Brijvasi Palace Auditorium in Goregaon East last Thursday morning and the meeting was started by lighting a lamp along with the directors. The bank is doing well with a CRAR debt to capital ratio of 13.70% which is a measure of financial system and efficiency in the interest of depositors. The Bank is committed to provide state-of-the-art superior safe and efficient banking services and to adapt quickly to the ever-changing scenario in the banking sector. Suryakant also said that for the coming financial year, the bank will give priority to small amount retail advance business and the repayment process will be further strengthened.

On behalf of the shareholder members of the bank Shashidhar U. Kapu, Shevantilal Chiman Lal Shah, Dharmesh S. Salyan, Dr. Prakash Moodubidri, OP Poojary, Saukat Wal, Hariram Chaudhary, Padmanabha A. Poojary, Sanath NR, Krishnamurthy Session, Diwakar Salian, Jayaram Subrahmanya, Omprakash, Dr| Satish N. Bangera, Nilesh Sarang spoke and gave their suggestions and wished for the upliftment of the bank.
