Bantwala: BJP has hatched a plot to finish Chief Minister Siddaramaiah politically. There is no truth in the allegations made by the BJP, the intention of the BJP is to destabilize the Congress government. Therefore, we all have to stand behind the pro-people Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, said KPCC vice president, former minister B. Ramanath Rai.

Condemning the Governor’s move to allow the prosecution against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, he addressed a massive protest meeting held at Bis Road on Monday evening on behalf of Bantwala and Panemangalore Block Congress under the supervision of former Minister B. Ramanatha Rai. Alleging that the BJP is trying to destabilize the government through the governor, he said the BJP walk did not have much effect, the Mysore walk was a premeditated act. He said that we should be ready for fierce struggle till the logical end of the struggle against JP’s machinations. KPCC General Secretary Padmaraj R. Poojary said that Raj Bhavan is the office of BJP and alleged that the conspiracy to bring down Siddaramaiah took place in the office of Amit Shah who is drowning the country.

Siddaramaiah is a politician of good character seen in the country. There is no allegation of corruption against him. Congress has never been behind in taking moral responsibility. Allegation of corruption against Yeddyurappa was proved. He accused Siddaramaiah of blind dreaming to get him out of power for crimes he did not commit. He expressed outrage that if there is morality, the governor should resign and go home.

Before the protest meeting, the protestors who had arrived on foot from Kaikamba Polali Dwar to BC Road, burnt tires on the national highway and expressed their anger.
