Beginning of Chaturmas of Udupi Shiruru Matadhisa Sri Vedavardhana Thirtha in Mumbai

Mumbai (RBI) July 25: Chaturmas Vrit of Jagadguru Sri Madhvacharya Mula Mahasamsthan Vamanatheertha Peetha (Udupi Shiruru Math), future alternate Shiruru Mathadhisa Sri Vedavardhanatirtha started here on Thursday at Sri Satyadhyana Vidya Peetha Uttaradi Math in Mulund, Mumbai.

 

The annual Mahabhishekam of Lord Vitthala along with Lord Rukmini Satyabhama of Sri Sansthan and Chaturmasa of Sri was performed in the presence of devotees.

During Teikacharya’s Aradana Parvakala, Shri gave Arghya Padyadis and performed Chaturmasa Vritsankalpa with religious rites. On this occasion religious discourse, bhajan and cultural programs will be held every day.

 

Sri Vidyasimhacharya and Satyadhyanacharya of Uttaradi Math performed a special service to the deity of the Sansthan. On this occasion, the Dewan of Sri Matha Dr Udayakumar Sarlattaya, Parupatyadar Srisha Kadekar etc. were present.
