Karkala: Legal awareness on Children’s Rights held at Kedinje School

Karkala, 20 Nov 2021: Vidhyabhodini Aided Higher Primary School, Kedinje, near here organized a legal awareness programme on Children’s Rights and protection during the ongoing Children’s Rights Week.

 

Udupi ZP NRLM district programme overseer Prabhakar Achar offered legal info on Children’s Right and protection including child labor, child marriages and POCSO Act.

 

 

Durgaparameshwari Friends Club, Abbanadka – Nandalike president Prashant Poojary presided the programme.

 

Nandalike gram panchayat vice president Pushpa was the chief guest of the occasion.

 

Kedinje School headmaster Pratviraj Ballal, teacher Rekha Pai, Kedinje Alma mater president Birottu Dinesh Poojary, honorary teacher Mamata J and Jayalaxmi, the Club convener Abbanadka Sandeep V Poojary, past secretary Abbanadka Hariprasad Acharya and others were present.
