Padukere: Shri Devikrapa Health Fund Inaugurated

Padukere, 17 March 2011: “When the religious centres become the centres which wipe the tears of poor people, then the devotees get more grants” said popular Entrepreneur Pramod Madhvaraj during the inauguration ceremony of “Shri Devikrapa Health Fund” which was conducted on the occasion of Kidiyoor Padukere Shridevi Bhjana Mandir Prathista Vardhanthi and Mangalothsawa religious program. He was the Chief Guest of the program and said that this Shri Devikrapa Health Fund is a role model to all the religious centres and he wished that the Fund grow like Akshaya Nidhi.
Shri Devikrapa Health Fund was inaugurated by Enterpreneur of Malpe Ananda P. Suvarna by lighting the lamp, who also donated Rupees One lakh towards the Shri Devikrapa Health Fund. He appreciated the noble work being done by the Bhajana Mandir, which is also from his birth place.
Konkani Sahithya Akademi Member B. Pundalika Marathe Shirva gave religious Upanyasa on the occasion and said that we all are fortunate to be born in our motherland of Bharatha Mathe. This is our Dharma Bhumi and Karma Bhumi. All good works done under the umbrella of religion will be fruitful. The prayers offered in every house and their devotion will prosper every personality. When the service centres serve in the fields of education, health and peace, our place will be healthy.
President of Bhajana Mandira Arun Maindan presided over the function. Hon. President Dejappa Bangera was also present on the dais. Chief Archaka of the Kshethra Gangadhara G. spoke on the occasion and explained the background of this Health Fund and also welcomed the guests and the gathering. Madhava Kharvi compeered the program. Dharmendra Kotyan proposed vote of thanks.
In the presence of Shridevi, Navakapradhana Kalashabhishek, Kalasanidhya Pradhana Homa, Maha Annasantharpane and religious programs were conducted with the leadership of Vidhvan Balakrishna Bhat Kanagi. Udupi MLA K. Raghupathi Bhat was present during the Pooja program. During the night Tulu drama “Oyikkla Yoga Bodu” was played by Kusalda Kalavider of Lakumi team.
